Mould manufacturing
Our own toolshop is technically state of the art and our employees are both highly qualified and especially skilled in tooling. We are able to implement even the most complex customer requirements according to schedule.
We can make more than 400 sets tools each year, and 80% of tools export to abroad and 20% stay in domestic for molding. Long term teamwork enable us to react quickly and flexibly.
We have rich experience to make 2k mold, high polishing mold, multi cavity mold, stack mold, unscrewing mold and so on. Our range includes tools from 20kg up to 15 tonnes, within 2 meters.
A good manufacture not only what we do but also how we do. We stay in this industry for a dozen years and focus on the innovation and technology update, at the same time, we also save the rich experience.
