— Gas-assisted Injection Technology —
Gas-assisted injection is a technology be used widely in the household appliance, automotive, furniture and so on. It can prevent the deformation of the part, and keep the pressure of gas way the same, reduce the pressure of cavity substantially to reduce the clamping force. It also have advantage to reduce the weight of the part, remove the shrinkage mark, enhance productivity and so on.
—— Multy Cavities Technology ——
We make many kinds of multy cavities molds for our customer, such as 16 cavities, 32 cavities, 48 cavities, 1+1+1+1+1 cavities and so on. We can make a good solution for our customer to keep the filling balance and get a good cycle time.
—— Stack Mold Technology ——
Stack mold be used widely for the flat parts which need to produce largely, it can enhance 90%-95% of the productivity but only add 10%-15% clamping force. Sunteam made some stack molds and used such experience to serve to our customer.
—— Un-screwing Technology ——
We made many kinds of parts which have the gear feature for our customer successfully, we implement the motor and cylinder to the mold, to demolding smoothly.

Most of the parts required a good surface, we have our own polishing department which can make the surface finishing to SPI A1, we also have the rich experience to make the molds for lighting, white product which required a high polish surface.
